Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 312(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Nordlund objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 312(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 312(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clauses. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following Letter of Intent was offered by Representative Foster: "It is the intent of the legislature that a project, which is being phased, be maintained at that priority level until the necessary funding to complete the project is obtained." Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the Letter of Intent be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, the Letter of Intent was adopted. Representative James gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on HCS CSSB 312(FIN).
